Carlos Santillana, originally from Tampico, Tamaulipas is the proud owner of Yum Yum in Alton, TX. The food shack was established in 1996 when Carlos first got a chance at running a business. His food stand serves Mexican hamburgers, tortas, and other snacks. Although primarily Mexican in style, the menu also has American foods like fries and chili.
